One of the surest tests of a jazz singer is her acceptance by skilled players. Rubin has won that acceptance. Jazz musicians are impressed by Rubin's way around a song and her innate ability to swing. In this special Women's History Month concert, Rubin will pay tribute to the great ladies of song.
